Cabinet Part Machining
We machine your custom cabinet parts on our state-of-the-art Thermwood 3 axis 5' x 10' CNC router. Parts are labeled for easy sorting. Assembly is fast and accurate with blind dado construction, and we include pilot holes to screw your parts together. Say goodbye to butt-joints and biscuits! Misaligned parts are a thing of the past!
Pre-drilled hinge, drawer slide and shelf pin holes will save you hours of labor. We include boring for all standard hardware like Blum and KV drawer slides, and dowel or tool-less hinge plates. Throw away your hardware jigs, and stop wasting time doing hardware adjustments!
Edgebanding Services
Our edgebanding capabilities range from the popular 0.5mm PVC and wood veneer materials up to 3mm PVC materials, with radius and corner-rounding finishing available. We can also run solid wood or strip-fed high pressure laminate materials upon request.
Tight glue-lines and beautiful edges will make your product shine!
MDF Cabinet Doors
Our MDF cabinet doors are machined from a single piece of material. We use the finest grade of highly refined medium density fiberboard available. Your doors will be smooth and flat, ready to paint!
Have you had cracks on your five-piece door joints? Use our one-piece MDF doors and never get a call back for a cracked joint!
Programming Services
We have the best software in the industry, and our programming staff has over a decade of experience using it to it's fullest potential. We start with your drawings, program your parts in true 3D software, and produce detailed confirmation drawings for your review. You will feel comfortable knowing what you're going to get before a single piece of material is cut!
